We will be performing an update to Symphony Client and servers from version 8.5.4 to 8.9.0.
Both the servers and workstations will require the software update. There may be some brief downtime while the updates are being implemented.
IST managed workstations will have the update pushed out automatically.
If you are not using an IST managed workstation please submit a ticket to NS-Security to request the new 8.9 software file prior to the maintenance.
This update is to remedy the issue with live view dropping out and displaying 'Unable to connect to video source' messages occurring after a recent Windows update.
