Update
Atlassian products (Assets, Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management) will be unavailable on Monday, February 17, 2025, starting at 12:00am EST. The maintenance window is expected to be 2-24 hours.
Emails sent to Atlassian generated email addresses (@uwaterloo.atlassian.net) will not be processed following the maintenance window. Emails sent to University of Waterloo accounts connected to projects will be processed following the maintenance window if the emails are left unread in the inbox.
Users who try to access Atlassian products during the maintenance window will receive a message indicating that Atlassian is currently performing maintenance work on our Atlassian Cloud site.
