Scheduled Maintenance

PAS network maintenance - Outage Mar 17, 2026 07:00-08:00 EDT

Tuesday March 17th at 7:00 AM, maintenance will be performed on the PAS network.

Clients may experience an interruption to wired and wireless network service while the equipment reboots in order to apply firmware patches.

The interruption is expected to last a small portion of the planned maintenance window.

Storage Maintenance Notice – NetApp ONTAP Patch Update Marcy 28-29 - No Impact Mar 28, 2026 08:00 - Mar 29, 2026 12:00 EDT

We will be performing maintenance on our NetApp storage clusters to apply a recently released ONTAP patch recommended by NetApp. This update addresses system stability and ensures the environment remains aligned with vendor best practices.

While the maintenance window has been scheduled to safely complete the work, any impact is expected to be minimal. Users may experience brief, intermittent disruptions lasting less than five minutes while the update is applied.

Scheduled - IST has scheduled a maintenance window for production vCenter Servers to apply the latest security patches.

Post-vCenter update, vSphere Host updates will roll out through March/April.
This will be transparent to running VMs (via live migration), except for host-affinity VMs—we’ll contact owners individually to coordinate. No action required unless notified.
